The PID Forum

The PID Forum was FREYA's form of engagement and collaboration with the wider research data community - that is, with you. The online PID Forum continues to be a space for discussion and exchange around PIDs.

The PID Forum online

We set up the online platform pidforum.org as a global discussion space for all things PID-related. It was launched at PIDapalooza 2019 and is meant as an open and inclusive online platform to bring together the various communities working with PIDs in the research world. It’s a virtual place to share ideas, announce events, ask questions, have discussions, and more. Anyone can sign up to the PID Forum and contribute to the discussions.

PID Forum events

FREYA organised and participated in different national and international events, such as PIDapalooza and the RDA Plenaries. At these events, we encouraged the community to take part in discussions, share ideas and give feedback on the project’s outcomes and plans. We also regularly organised webinars, which can be found on our YouTube channel.
